I remember as a kid realizing how frequently the TV sweepstakes were trips to Florida. They do know there are other places with beaches, yes? Maybe somehow Florida was cheaper. Eh, Florida has theme parks and stuff too. I don't think a trip to Florida would be as great as a trip to France or something but I won't deny there are things there for tourists.
