| UF8 10/31/25 1:19:26 PM #16: | NOV 6 Unbeatable https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vkvi71znX_Q (rhythm action game that saw a prologue release (subtitled White Label) a few years back. i'm not sure if it's really retained the hype or not but it was very well received at the time so i think this might be a hit) Syberia Remastered https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZhcC0N3_Gs (pretty notable release for the year as far as adventure games go. modern microids releases tend to be pretty hit or miss but i haven't heard much negativity around this one yet) NOV 11 Possessor(s) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZP9BlGyBmrU (new game from the hyper light drifter/breaker devs, was pushed a bit during summer game fest mostly. it didn't get much talk but i thought it looked promising) Bittersweet Birthday https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTA-t4teUto (i've heard people i know mention this game before though i don't really know much about it myself. similar to unbeatable it's had a prologue release (in this case just a normal demo) for several years. seems to me though that it's pretty much a top down action game under the partial guise of a 2d adventure game with a pretty involved story) Windswept https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRHIc2C-zIs (i don't really know anything about this one, i just know that it's another game that people have already checked out the demo for. looks like a decently charming precision platformer with some very clear DKC dna on it) NOV 12 Million Depth https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1TbFeXUbv8 (anime sidescroller roguelite where you get a lot of customisation for your weapon. seems to also be very plot-driven) Winter Burrow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlQo0Buvv-4 (not really a game on my radar, i just remember this one from some game showcases earlier in the year) NOV 13 Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zES6cye4xD4 (this is the one that had a global beta test on steam and consoles about a year and a half ago. kinda surprising it took this long to come out, i was sure it already had by now) Assetto Corsa Rally https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1_7q_gHrTo (car game, i don't think there is a world where this would be considered a real snub for a topic here because nobody would be voting it anyway but it is probably good. early access though) NOV 17 The Berlin Apartment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hdYuJNZXo6M (i meant to check out the demo of this one myself but i haven't got around to it. no clue what it's deal is but judging from the trailer... i like it) NOV 20 (oh hey that's my birthday) R-Type Delta: HD Boosted https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPbg3d_E3PE (I honestly wouldn't say I'm an R-Type person as far as shmups go to be completely honest. definitely looks like a solid remaster though, and the arrange soundtracks are already shaping up to be great) NOV 25 Alice's World https://store.steampowered.com/app/2439560/Alices_World/ (gives off the impression of a simple indie sidescrolling puzzle game, but apparently there also seem to be 4th wall-breaking horror elements? the titular character is voiced by Bocchi's VA so that's also neat) NOV 26 Detective Instinct: Farewell, My Beloved https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M2LEvgj6iUo (detective adventure game inspired primarily by 90s japanese detective games, with a more western art style. this was one of the games on my radar during the boom of ace attorney-likes last year) NOV 27 Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUma2zdhOMU (i'm not looking it up but i haven't even got a clue when the last new bubble bobble game came out, so... neat) The Last Ninja Collection + Bonus Games https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMagnuQ9oLo (the only revivals of 80s pc games i can think of in the last few years i can think of are all from atari, so it's nice to see a shift from that trend finally) NOV TBD Wavekin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4tooPUSGWps (november has hardly even started but i already have my doubts this is actually making it out before december, but i guess we'll see. neat game though, feels like something somewhere in between Aquaria and flOw) ...
