So the cost is $300 million dollars. You know, cut Medicaid and all, but tear down a historic building for something not needed or wanted in anyway with taxpayer money.

but my question, how the hell does one room? On edition to a building cost $300 million dollars? Thats insane. No add on to any building (thats not a skyscraper) would be even a 1/10th that price.
