A clarification on number 10, are we supposed to select one item from the list and provide a name, or do we just select one from the list. As a hypothetical example (since we're not supposed to post answers), if there were a sixth entry on the list that read "plumber" would a preferred response to number 10 be "plumber," "Joe," or "Joe the plumber" to make it clear which category we were providing a name to?

Ultimately the scoring doesn't care if your answer is "valid" or "right", only whether other people give the same answer as you; but the intent I had in mind was "select one of those five things". (So for your example, "Plumber" would be the kind of answer I was looking for. But for example if "Barbra Streisand" was not a listed option but ended up as the most commonly-given answer anyway, it would be the top-scoring answer for that prompt.)
