But if you asked 1000 people what the first smartphone was almost all would say the iPhone), Twitter's sxsw conference, YouTube being bought out by Google (I believe was actually October 2006 but close), Facebook opening up to the general public were actually bigger events to our lives than the peak of the financial collapse.
