If they managed to win the Senate, they might be able to block any new SCOTUS appointments that may open up. Trumps control over the Executive Branch would continue. Their best shot at stopping Trumps ICE would be in blocking new funding for it, but there are ways hed be able to work around it by reapportioning some funds on an emergency basis. Point is, dont expect they will be able to stop him entirely. Slow him down somewhat, absolutely, but not stop him. They certainly wont be able to remove him.
