As much as I would like for him to be once again admitting they rigged the '24 election, that's clearly not what he's talking about. Anyway, he didn't win '20 because they didn't rig hard enough, and the rigging is why he won '24. "Elon is very good with those computers, those voting computers", THAT was the admission of the rig.
