You'd think celebrations during tragedy or political regression hasn't happened before the way some of these topics are.

To be fair, what the USSC did on July 1st is extremely unprecedented. It's the worst decision the court has made and everything they've been doing has been setting up the pieces needed for Project 2025 to come in full force.

They've been exceptionally terrible compared to most things in political history.

I don't feel the need to tell others they're not allowed to enjoy the day, but I sure as fuck can't be proud of this nation right now as I watch it's top judicial court usher it into some Christo-fascist shithole version of Iran, or more likely Hungary, as Orban has been in contact with U.S. right-wingers and guiding them on how to turn the U.S. into what he turned Hungary into.
