Colin Sullivan (The Departed) - When Colin grew up he joined the Police Force. Costello asked him to inform for him. He became extremely successful in the force, quickly rising through the ranks, and made his way to the Special Investigations Unit, who were trying to nab Costello. Colin moved into a very nice apartment on Beacon Hill, and got a girlfriend named Madolyn. After a turn of events, the cops figured out that there was a mole in the SIU and hired Colin to find the mole (himself).
Cooler (Dragon Ball Z) - He is the older brother of Frieza, and the eldest son of King Cold. Much like his brother, he can push his body through transformations to increase his power. Although only two forms are seen (the last two), it is stated in the fifth film that Cooler possesses the same number of forms Frieza does, as well as a fifth and more powerful form, which he uses to combat Goku.
Dead Larry Sizemore (Burn Notice) - was a covert operative who worked with Michael during his spy days in Serbia and Russia, until he became disillusioned with his government (he even tried to persuade Michael that it was their government that burned him); Larry, by nature, is outwardly friendly and cordial, but is also extremely violent, hot-tempered, ruthless, and sociopathic (seeing their work as "some people live, some people die").
Dr. Josef Heiter (The Human Centipede) - a retired surgeon who specialised in the separation of conjoined twins, but in retirement is more interested in joining creatures together.
The Emperor (Final Fantasy 2) - He is the ruler of Palamecia who aims to conquer the world through demonic forces. Though known simply as the Emperor in Final Fantasy II, he is named Mateus
The Fallen(transformers) - Formerly known as Megatronus, he is a multiversal singularity, meaning that while he exists across the multiverse, he has no alternate-universe counterpart. One of the original thirteen Transformers created by Primus, Megatronus betrayed his creator by siding with Primus' dark twin, the malevolent planet-eater Unicron.
Hank Scorpio (The Simpsons) - Scorpio, despite being an evil genius, proved to be an ideal boss, welcoming the Simpson Family with a beautiful home and a friendly greeting. However, being an evil genius is still his priority, and over the episode he destroys a bridge with a giant satellite laser device and conquers the east coast.
Kimimaro (Naruto) - was the fifth member of the Sound Four, thus temporarily changing their group name to the Sound Five. He forced the Sound Four to accept him as their leader after defeating them all in battle, as Kimimaro's combat abilities far exceeded all of their skills combined.
