So....

Get a black marker and just make your face look completely black with it (including the lips if you can). Then get all black clothes on.

Very sneakily stealth to his room while they have teh buttsecks...

Then turn off the lights (unless they're off already) and rush into his room screaming.

Try to put a camera on the floor somewhere if you can to video it. Better if you can hide a camera facing the door.

It will be awesomely hilarious. Also, you can use the video as blackmail later.

All of these ideas are great, but you guys are thinking small. I'm thinking you should do a full halloween prank. I mean, have your whole house rigged. Flick the lights, call him but when he answers hang up, fishing wire+rolling chair= Big scare, and other assorted things like preset your T.V and the movie Saw II right before the puppet says "Hello. Would you like to play a game?" and turn on your T.V and DVD player after a while of flashing lights ect...

So, completely rig his house and then, after he's screamed like a girl, come out of the closet.

Oh and one last thing, make sure if you do this that you film it all and post it on YouTube for all of us.

I dont really HAVE any mirrors.

The only reflective surfaces I can think of would be mixing bowls and things from the kitchen, but, i think he'd get suspicious if I suddenly had an intriate string of mixing bowls in my bedroom and outside my door.

Hmm, here's an idea, though it may be costly to the two of you in the ned, but it may be worth it. When he leaves, turn the kitchen and/or bathroom faucet on. He'll turn it off. When he leaves again, turn it back on. Keep repeating, it will drive him crazy.
