Roses I know use to have shirts and tie in box for ten dollars. Yesterday I got 2 shirts and 2 shorts for 18 dollars. Cheaper than Goodwill and the Thrift store. Richer people have pushed the prices of stuff up at thrift stores like made. Like they did with tiny houses and the chicken.

Hey everyone, does anyone have recommendations for fast-paced songs? I need some high-energy tracks to work out to. My soul is so filled with rhythm that my body just has to move to the beat. Slow podcasts or songs won't get my heart rate up enough. Lately, I've been listening to a lot of Outkast and Pitbull DOLLY ..Mr. Worldwide 305. Also, I've enjoyed some Franz Ferdinand, especially their song "Take Me Out." But I'm open to any suggestions that will get me moving and pumped up for my workouts! I am with you guys on the dives too. Like for me the middle robe Suicide dive is the only that looks like it could do something since normally it comes fast and (hate to say it, out of no where). But most other dives you can see it coming from a mile away. And then to stop it off, sometimes you will see guys do it, with their partner as one of the guys standing their. What the hell.

I know all moves the other person helps with. But this one is just too clear that both people are working to do this one. And some variations of it. I don't even know who is the one that should be hurt. For example when that jd mcdonagh from the Judgment Day does his version . It looks like he is being hurt. Day #2 of going back to 16/8 intermittent fasting success.

Feel like this is the easiest way to keep my calories maintained without being too strict and lose weight.

Wishing you the best on your intermittent fasting journey! I also practice it, as I really enjoy eating. Postponing when I eat helps me manage my intake. However, its important to remember that many studies suggest the weight loss from intermittent fasting may not be due to delaying food consumption. Because of that I let me self have a nibble here and there some times. Note I am not suggesting you should do this in your personal journey. Do what works well for you.

While the lockdown brought significant hardships, with many experiencing profound losses ncluding myself, as I lost my home and had to switch jobs there were some good things. Despite the challenges, I found a silver lining in the situation. The opportunity to work from home in my new role, the increased family time, and the convenience of delivery and curbside pickup services was great. (Im aware that this period was difficult for those taking to the curb.)

Communities came together in solidarity, stepping outside to applaud the efforts of the hospital staff. The reduced need for travel meant I could save on gas expenses, and it was the aspect of staying indoors that resonated with me the most. I think that was the best thing. I also lived in another town. Ironically with people I know. But not this place were I know no body and I am being gentrified.
