You absolutely do not need to be a gun enthusiast to know how to check if a gun is loaded. It takes like one minute to learn on a specific gun.

No. They are banning politics sitewide essentially. So our options are basically CE open but politics banned or CE private but politics allowed.

Yeah. He's somewhat of a problematic witness, though. He has perjury issues in previous trials that he has admitted to in various court records and congressional records. The prosecution will pretty much have to corroborate anything he says with documents and and possibly other witness testimony, I think. I'm sure the prosecution is accounting for that, though.

As long as he isn't impeached that's all that matters.

Locking down this board is also a horrible decision. It is one of the most popular boards on the site, and did not have the problems that caused LUE to be locked down. Its disappointing to see the community Ive been a part of for over a decade get treated this way.

It was him. Then COVID destroyed his finances and he declared bankruptcy. People gave him shit about it but honestly fuck credit card companies. Fuck the entire banking system in general. They are really out to ruin a guy's life over $10,000 when they have billions. Hope more people start declaring bankruptcy.

Basically all the food you're eating is processed in some way unless you're buying it straight from a farm or a farmers market that sources only local farms.

It's less important to be concerned about whether something is processed or not and more important to be concerned about what kind of processing has been done.

And even that can change depending on personal situation. Someone with diabetes might want to eat some beef jerky (with no sugars added). Someone with high blood pressure problems might not be able to eat that because too much sodium.

The only nutrition advice you really need is go to the doctor for a physical and get blood/urine tests done and fix any problems identified in your diet.

It was me. I have the screenshots. I can't get them right this second but the bet was me saying Trump would be found guilty, and you saying there would be a hung jury or other bureaucratic nonsense that would result in the cases being thrown out.

This is not a universally true statement. It's also not really a scale from 1-100 either. Some kinds of processing can reduce some nutrients while increasing others. The overall effect of blending your fruits and veggies is not very big anyway as long as that's all you're doing. But it can also depend on what kind of fruits you're blending.

Pineapples have Bromelain, for example, which is an enzyme that can destroy the nutrients in other foods.

I used to drink smoothies as a lunch replacement too. I never put veggies or yogurt in them though. I'd do a bit of juice, strawberries, bananas and sometimes blueberries. The blueberries though, tend to give the smoothie a very gritty consistency. Wasn't a fan of that, but I know they're good for you.

I think the idea of adding protein to it is a good one too. Should make it a bit more filling. With just fruit, I was pretty damn hungry by dinner time

What you really want is to add fiber. More fiber = less hungry because it's stuck in the stomach longer.

Spinach is one of the better sources of fiber that's commonly used in smoothies.

Get yourself an immersion blender because you can basically just rinse those off under the faucet and be done with it. A regular blender is too much work unless you're making a lot. Like for a party or something.

Back in 2014 when Elon Musk was known predominantly for things like Climate activism and not being a full on shit head, he released all of Tesla's patents to the public. So they might "own" the charging network because they're the ones who built it, but they made it so anyone can build the exact same thing. Over time I expect charging stations will be far more varied in who owns them.

Nah, this is a common misunderstanding. Force is not equal to mass times acceleration; Net force is equal to mass times acceleration. That is to say, two opposing forces don't have their own acceleration components that cancel out; the forces cancel out and the difference is proportional to acceleration.

Net force is the "net" of all forces acting on an object. Just because some forces cancel each other out doesn't mean those forces don't exist. It's called the accelerator not the "net accelerator" after all.

Nope. It will still apply acceleration in order to resist the various other forces that are trying to slow you down. Relatively this would result in a derivative of zero, but that's only because forces external to the vehicle are applying acceleration in the opposite direction.

WSL2 is a VM. WSL1 uses wrappers to pass Linux commands directly to the Windows kernel. Not sure what, if any performance differences there are.

At any rate it's gonna have to wait until my PC is up and running again (got spicy pillowed and won't run without a battery). Already installed a lot of my stuff on my gf's PC (Visual Studio etc), not gonna install a whole ass other OS.

That's why you use WSL so you can run Linux without needing to wipe or dual boot.
