Jason Jordan is the type of guy that I don't believe will succeed even with the proper support from management. He reminds me of a list of guys like Jack Swagger, Drew McIntyre, or Damian Sandow.

The best we can hope for is that when he returns, after Mania, that he turns heel and works a prgram with Seth Rollins. It won't happen because WWE is stupid.

Good news everyone!

Jason Jordan is hurt. Well, not good news because I don't want anyone to get hurt, but Jason Jordan is out a few months with a neck injury.

I say good news because he won't be on television for quite a while. His whole story arc with Kurt Angle as his daddy is just dumb. Plus he's got the charisma of shoe scum, he's just boring as hell. Yes, he's decent I the ring, but everything else is lacking.

In sad news...

It looks like The Undertaker is taking on Cena at Wrestlemania. Things could change, but it's probably not going to change.

There's your wrestling news. Comment.

I started Dragonball Fighterz and it's simple but complex in terms of gameplay. It seems that Super Saiyan Goku is a nice balanced all around fighter, and the best character so far, but I have not got a chance to play with that many characters yet.

I'm earning money to unlock additional colors along with going through the tutorial and practice modes to get accustomed to the game.

This far I'm having fun.

Finally finished Persona 5. The ending took 2 and a half hours, but it was a satisfying experience.

It took well over 100 hours, and aside from a few dumb puzzles and some questionable stealth design, it was a gteat experience. I did a new game plus just to run through some of the dungeons again and it's still very fun. It's a well thought out game.

Now on to Dragonball Fighterz.

Jon Peters is crazy. Freaking giant spider. "Fiercest monster in the animal kingdom." That interview with Kevin Smith was gold.

I wish WWE would get back to using managers, versus throwing people in a stupid tag team, or a failed stable.

It is a great way to draw heat on a wrestler, but more importantly it allows crappy wrestlers to get over. Jason Jordan needs a manager. I just ignore him or fast forward when he starts to talk.

Enzo still sucks. But you are right in that he is a draw, so someone could use him, even as a manager, which is what he should be doing in the business.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is delayed until October 26th.

I am cool with his mainly because I still have a huge back log of games, but more importantly this just gives Rockstar more time to finish and polish the game. I am willing to wait for quality.

My wife guilt tripped me into getting a new kitty cat. His name is Lord Beerus, after much debate.

He's full of energy and Batman, my other cat, does not like him, territorial and all. But that will pass with time. Weeks also keeps hitting my face, which is apparently a sign of love for a new kitten.

Either way we are a 3 cat household again.

I love Borderlands, but I'm not playing anything on PC.

I spent years of my life building and meddling with pc's, and now that I'm older I just don't care enough about a little bit of increased graphical fidelity and frame rate, just so I can feel superior... all by myself...

I guess I'm just lazy now that I'm closing in on 40.

Enjoy Borderlands. Itscreally fun.

Of course we did stupid things when we were kids. I saw idiots snort dry kool aid, but that stuff is not meant to clean clothes. That stuff is edible, barely. I ate dirt freely when I was a kid. I was like 5, but dirt tasted good. Until I has deli meat, and I moved on, because I was 5 not 15.

I'm freely admitting I'm turning into an old grumpy man, but I'm going to mock kids for eating poisonous detergent.

As for Pirates. I was never Into the franchise, but it should have stopped when Gore Verbinski left the franchise.

Maybe I am not hip anymore, but when I was kid we never ate freaking washing detergent for fun.

We had sex, we fought over Starter Jackets, we played the same video game and CD over and over again because it's all we had. We occassuonaly rioted when we were fed up with race issues. We had bad hair and bad clothes.

But we dis not eat Tide Pods on a dare. My God.

Anyway, in gaming news I played the Dragonball Fightetz beta, and I had a lot of fun. Very simple fighting system to grasp, but a lot of deep nuisance in the system. Plus adult Gohan is cool in the game.

I'm thinking about buying the full game in a few weeks if I finish with Persona 5, or I might wait on a discount before diving in, and I still have a stack of games to play.

Thanks for keeping the topic going. My wife and I have been really sick with the flu and resulting upper respiratory Infections.

I have managed to get some quality time In With Persona 5, and I really do love the game.

Other than persona, I have been watching AGDQ on twitch. I donated a few bucks to support the charity and the event and staff. I know charities are mostly scans, but I enjoyed the show and hard work that goes into the event so I donated.

I know I've been absent, but I'm fighting the flu. I get a flu shot every year like nornal, but apparently this batch for this year is only 10% effective so I now have a boil under my right nostril from rubbing the mucas away all the time. Also, Scarlett is sick because I'm sick too. Things are just rough right now.

I have been grinding inPetsona 5 too. It's just the tiredness and sickness from the flu is preventing me from playing as much as I like right now.

I think with any year there are ups and downs in gaming, as there are in life.

The best thing we can do is make a list, of whatever you're rating, then go back in a few years and see if your opinion of the game has changed.

Persona 5
Breath of the Wild
Horizon Zero Dawn
Super Mario Odyssey
Tekken 7
Rocket League
Nioh
Nier Automata

More The Last Jedi spoilers...

The Last Jedi did something I hate with all television shows. It's that a simple 3 minute conversation with a character would save a lot of time, death, and energy.

The first 14 minutes are an epic space battle between The First Order and the resistance. In that battle Poe Dameron destroys a dreadnaught, but loses most of his squadron. Leia rips him a new one and tells him that he's an idiot. I mean he is, but idiots are idiots and usually do something stupid, and if unchecked will do gurther stupid things. Poe does, which sends Rose and Finn on a stupid and unnecessary trip to Star Wars Monte Carlo.

Here's my problem. If Holdo tells that idiot Poe the plan when she had a chance instead of keeping him in the dark, which clearly wasn't smart or Leia's wishes, then we don't have a middle of the movie. A simple conversation and we don't have 50 minutes of a movie. Also, Poe sits around doing nothing the whole movie. He did that in the last movie too. Waste of time and an interesting character.
.
There's so much more. Leia becoming Supergirl, The Force doing some crazy s***. An unearned potential love triangle. A casino that looks nothing like a casino. No great lightsaber duels. No payoff from the force awakens. So much bad. Ugh....

Anyway, those are my thoughts. What are yours?

I don't love or hate The Last Jedi. I just have a lot of problems. As I mentioned to Bank Robber, The Last Jedi was not The Star Wars movie I wanted, expected, or needed.

Warning: major spoilers for The Last Jedi.

I guess my problem is that I don't like being preached to in a movie. It's my problem with a movie like, Million Dollar Baby. The Last Jedi spends 2 plus hours telling me that there is no hope, that heroes aren't always who you think they are, and that waiting for that hope is just dumb. (Whuch every adult knows that.) Then it pisses all over that with the ending. At least have the convictions to say, "Maybe old, crazy, hermit, Luke Skywalker is right?" Nope, he was wrong and he spent years of his life wasting away just to piss away at the end.

There were very few answers to questions like, "Who is Snoke and why does he want Rey alive? When he could have just killed her when she got to the space ship? Why was it important for her to live or Kylo to kill her? It wasn't like he was planning to lure Luke there to kill him personally.... Which was the entire point of the first movie. Instead he dies like a b**** Darth Maul style because he put his faith in The force. The same force that allowed him to connect with Rey and Kylo the entire time, and see everything. Which could have easily led them to Luke, again, the entire point of The Force Awakens.

More to come in the next post....

A part of me wants Megaman X1, X2, and X3 HD remaster. It would be glorious.

Even better if Capcom kind of forgets that everything after X3 was just erased from cannon. The X series was basically over after X4 anyway. I guess if they keep X4 that's fine, but the rest are average to trash.

Just finish the story because after they defeat Sigma in X3 it's still up in the air about how Wiley created Zero to kill the original Megaman, and successfully does so, but what about everyone else, Roll, Rush, Proto, etc. We need some clarity.

Enjoying the living hell out of Persona 5. There is just so much to do and absorb.

The social elements have finally opened up to me, and I have to choose how I spend every second of every day. Also, I have a deadline to complete the main quest while I have endless side quest options. Everything from a part time job to dating to reading for fun and even studying, so I don't flunk out of school, It's overwhelmingly great.

The turn based battle system is fun too. You have melee attacks, gun attacks, Persona attacks, and all sorts of other systems. You have to pay attention too because the enemies have the same systems including critical attacks, all out attacks, negoations with demons. Meaning if the enemies get rolling you could die before even getting a single turn. It's so versatile and great.

No offense to Grand Theft Zelda, and Mario with a magic cap, both are great, but they aren't this game, not by a long shot. I haven't even mentioned the amazing story. It's my game of the year so far with a month left. It's great, go buy it now.

I'm glad you got a SNES Mini. I have been enjoying the hell out of mine. I just finished a 10 hour run of Super Metroid. Most of that ten hours was me trying to do quick kills on bosses and messing around. I'm going to go back and try for a 3 to 4 hour run later.

Also, Super Punchout ticked Scarlett off so much that she rage quit. It was funny until she took the rage out on me.

I did fiund out the extent of my nerve damage in my left hand. I really can't play Street Fighter on a standard controller any longer. It's one of the reasons I got Tekken 7 for 20 bucks on Black Friday.

Anyway, a lot of great games on the SNES MINI, and I'm glad you found one. I miss having a Toys R Us in my town near me. It closed and they turned it into an Ashley Home Furniture store. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the nearest store and it sucks.

I was able to get all the video games I wanted for pretty damn cheap on Black Friday without having to stand in line for hours in the cold, or beat the mess out of some random stranger for the last 30 dollar tablet. I even got a good night's sleep and had a nice dinner last night. See you don't have to deal with the lines and people of you don't want to.

I got the following games:

South Park: The Fractured But Whole
Persona 5 *Finally*
Mass Effect: Andromeda
Overwatch
Resident Evil 7
Tekken 7

Not a bad haul.

I also picked up a Google Home Mini for my racist brother on law.

I am currently prepping for Thanksgiving. I had Scarlett peel all the potatoes, and then I sent her to work. The good news is that with her adherence at work she got an extra paid holiday off. Mea ing that she got this Black Friday off along with Thanksgiving too; that means left overs, shopping, and snuggle time.

In the cooking department I'm presently baking brownies for my dialysis crew tomorrow morning, and I have made a brine for my fried chicken. The brine consist of salt, pepper, sugar, water, lemon pepper, garlic and onion powder, and a dash of hot sauce. Hopefully the fried chicken will turn out well. If it doesn't I blame Martha Stewart and her damn recipe.

Any of you cooking for the holiday or are you smooching off your family and just pigging out?

Iron Fist is terrible. Don't waste your time on that mess. The reviews for The Punisher have been solid, but just about anything would be better than Iron Fist, except Batman Versus Superman. Nothing is worse than that steaming pile of poop.

Oreon did inform me yesterday that Redbox not only rents games, but sells games for pretty damn cheap. Like Doom for 5 bucks, Rocket League for 10, and Knack 2 for 5 bucks as well. The most expensive game on the list was 35 for Marvel Vs. Capcom I finite.

You can go to their website, buy the game, and pick it up at a Redbox near you. It isn't a bad deal, and since I don't want digital games in my collection this is a good alternative.

Justice League is tracking for less than stellar numbers this weekend.

Currently the movie is tracking for less than 100 million dollars for the 3 day weekend. Considering that the reshoots cost more than its domestic opening weekend it's really an issue.

As for my robot leg. It's made from carbon fiber. It's just one solid piece with an opening for my leg socket. There just is not any room for weapons, but I will make due without a rocket or Progresso e knife.... For nw!p

Wonder Woman movie spoilers.....

Gal Godot is great as Wonder Woman. She is beautiful, graceful, powerful, charming, loving, and amazing. Even Captain Kirk is great as Steve Trevor. Basically the casting of the leads is spot on. In fact the entire cast is great. The supporting characters are cool with interesting back stories and motivations, and each gets a moment to shine.

The directing is too botch too. Patty Jenkins does a great job, and the movie is shot and edited well too. It's really nice and refreshing to have a woman direct a strung woman dominated movie and character. All around, great work. It also helps that I can see the fight scenes. No damn shaky can, or fights edited so you can't tell who hit who or why.

However, I was bored from frame one because of the mediocre plot. Not to get into details, but the main villain is a joke, makes no sense, and can be spotted about ten Seconds after they appear on screen.

What's so bad about the villain is that the tragedy of bad DC movie CGI strikes again. The Last fight was all done in a computer, which is a huge disconnect from the rest of the film. Where the fights are down and dirty, shot well, choreographed nicely, and done with little to no CGI.

Then we get to how Wonder Woman literally wins World War I by herself. Or how in this whole big world she just magically runs into lthe main villain. There are just too many coincidences to be accepted or ignored. The score is also pretty damn pedestrian too. Nothing too remembetable at all.

Overall, it's C or a B minus movie. How do the test of you feel?

For full disclosure I am a huge comic book fan, a bigger movie fan, and a Geek. However, I'm a Marvel guy versus a DC guy. That doesnt mean I hate DC, but I don't gush everytime I see Batman, or think that Superman is so great. I love those characters, but they aren't my favorite.

Which is why I'm not too excited for Justice League. Because between the Synder Murserverse being terrible, the directing situation, the other bad set up movies, and the terrible CGI, I just can't get too invested. I don't think the movie will be without some redeeming qualities, but I'm supposed to pay 25 dollars for tickets, and another 25 bucks for snacks and drinks. No, I'm good.

I didn't even love Wonder Woman like the critics did. I will talk abour that in my mext post.

Basically this movie looks like poop, and I don't need reviewers to tell me when I see or smell poop. I'm old enough and smart enough to recognize crap when I see it. Plus With Black Friday coming up I can spend that 50 bucks on like 3 damn good games. Which will give me a lot more entertainment and value.

My robot leg doesn't come with any weapons. Well, no weapons yet, but I plan to put a Progressive Knife like in Eva in this initial version. I figured a gun or a rocket wouldn't make it past airport security so I will stick with a giant glowing electric knife for now.

The leg will need to be adjusted for weight gain, weight loss, adjustments to make sure I am not in pain, and as my stump gets smaller over time it has to be adjusted further. This will probably be a battle for the rest of my life.

Overall, it's looking good and I will post pictures sometime this weekend.

First, I get final robot leg on Friday. It's black, glows in the dark, and has Spider-Man on the leg. I have not seen the final product, as I will on Friday, but I saw the prototype, and it looks cool.

Now the hard part begins as I have months of rehab to experience so that I can get back to normal. I'm not going to give up, and it's going to be difficult, but I won't give up.

The rumors of Louis C.K. being a sexual harassment expert are finally confirmed. It was a hot rumor for more than a decade, and now it's confirmed firmed.

As we mentioned earlier it is probably best to separate the art with the artist so you can enjoy works of art guilty free.

However, it does look as if the Empire of sexual harassment in Holyywood might just be falling apart.
