First google result. It's pretty simple, as I figured it would be. I made a champagne jelly once that was just champagne+sugar+pectin, and it was quite good (used it to fill macarons alongside a rose water butter cream. Good stuff).

Yea, I know it's not difficult. This particular one is made with Dogfish Head's 60 minute IPA. I'll use a different beer.

The key difference being that people who hope things work out don't have any expectations in that regard, or feel like they're playing any role in whatever comes. I hope Irma doesn't devastate Florida as badly as it very much looks like it can. Any decent person would hope that.
