Sad lol

Especially after living at home forever with my parents rent free lol.

In regards to a potential dating life (non existent anyway lol) it also feels like I'm spending $18k to NOT get some lol.

Like there's no experience I learned from. I spent the last 15-16 years in my room on my computer just chilling, not going out, not making friends.

So this girl at work I guess has stopped texting me lol. We still talk face to face and have conversations like normal. She doesn't even text me to ask if I am ordering food at work anymore but now she just asks me when I go up to her in person. She tells me to text her how much she owes me for food but she doesn't reply to them anymore, she just sends me the money. She hasn't sent me a text since 4/3. Weird thing to observe I guess lol.

How would respond to a text like this:

Her: He/she thinks you like me (you do) (also maybe with an lol at the end)

what do you text back when she sends you a TikTok or YouTube video? Girl from work send me a TikTok video one time and I just replied back LOL and she didn't say anything after and pretty much never sent me stuff again for a while.

Like how long do you wait between responses?

I've complimented her on stuff she's worn, her hair too. I've done more of the teasing and touching tho, which she has smiled at it at times. Though it always feels like I start at zero the next day I see her.

I always go get food for myself during work, so when I pick up for her also we always eat together at work.

This. If you're picking up food for her and eating separately then ask if she'd be down to eat lunch together next time (preferably on your guys' day off so it's clearly not a "work lunch"). If she says no or gives an excuse I'd just drop it, she probably doesn't want much to do with you outside of work. Doesn't mean you guys can't be cool at work though.

If you're already getting lunch together, just keep doing so and talking to her during lunch. No real need for text conversations at that point. Maybe during lunch one day ask if she'd like to go catch a movie together (or some other activity) or like I said earlier, suggest getting together for a meal on your guys' day off.

I always talk to her during work, not just during lunch. I just don't know what to do lol. I want to text her more just cuz I want to have communication with her outside of work. Funny thing is I always initiate face to face conversations with her but she always initiates text conversations with me.

I guess some people are more comfortable with texting so I'm trying to improve my texting game too lol.

So a week or so back, this girl from work owed me money for food and she was like "omg I still have to pay you back lol".

So she Zelles me later at like 12am, no message. So I just text her "about time " and that turns into a 2 hour text conversation from there.

We got food again at work and she owes me money again. I joked that I should just start a tab for her. She pays me back all the time so I know she's good for it.

I dont want to reuse the same line again on text so what should I say this time to start a conversation again?

I don't though, all we talk about is her.

So I talk with her a lot at work, we get along great, and she's always engaging during conversations.

One thing I have noticed though is that she never asks me about me. I just realized every conversation we have is strictly about her. It's always about what's going on in her life. I usually have to bring up stuff about myself but she never asks. She never asks how's my day going or if I have anything going on. This is all stuff I ask her and she goes on about it. The only stuff she asks me about is neutral stuff like if I saw a show or a movie.

The weird thing is, to my coworkers, who she really only talks to in passing, she asks them how their day is going or other life stuff. She asks another coworker about their weekend because he mentioned the week before that they were going to a concert.

So I originally invited her (Kate) to come out with me and my coworkers. I didn't actually want her to come, I just wanted to hang with the guys but my coworker Dave said he was going to invite her and her coworkers. She declined but invited me and my coworkers to go out yesterday.

So we're hanging out with everyone and everything is going great. We went out to a bar. Somehow though, deep inside, this has put me at a distance with her. Now that she's more aquatinted with my coworkers, I feel like I'm at a disadvantage since I was really the only one who talked to her from my department at work.

It feels like now it's just to weird to ask her out now. It's like I'm in the casual friend territory now. Feels like if I ask her out for a drink she's just going to respond back asking who's also going and it's going to be awkward for me to say just us.

I would have preferred for things to stay how the were but this was all my doing. I didn't want to but I basically set the precedent now for everyone to hang out and it grosses me out that I am being selfish like that.

I feel sick now. I hated work but lately I enjoyed coming in to work because I would get to see her but now I dread going in to work again.

I should have asked her out a long time ago and I feel like I screwed up. She told me she had a good time with us and would like us to hang out more with her friends. I will go hang out but I feel it's just going to hurt every time. If I ask her out and she's not interested, I feel like I'm pretty much not getting invited out.

I think it might be time for me to pack up my feelings and move on.

Feels like they were always gonna end it but just wanted an excuse.

So my coworker invited two of us guys to the bar yesterday for today. I didn't want anyone else going so I was like 3 of us is good, and he said I'm going to ask the front department (hers) if they want to go. I didn't want them to go and I was hoping he wouldn't ask and he didn't. Then I was like they're gonna find out we didn't invite them, so I then asked her myself if she wanted to go and she said just text me tomorrow and let me know when you're going. So now we just had to ask the rest of her team.

So today I asked my coworker if we should ask the front department and he was like if you want to and I was all . I shouldn't have asked her then. So I asked her team they're welcome to join and then I texted her where we're gonna be at. She responded back saying she couldn't make it and I was a little relieved. I texted back no worries. Then she responded back asking if we would be down to go with her and her friends out tomorrow and I was just like uggggggghhh. I said yes and I told her my coworkers said yes too. I would have rather been at home these days but I learned that if you say no to invites like this you don't get taken into consideration anymore.

I've liked her since November and it might have been obvious to her since December. Is it too awkward now?

So weird to hear people say this because if my parents needed something to be done, it didn't matter if we were asleep.

I woke up and then went to the bathroom and that's where I noticed. It wasn't morning wood nor was it erect. It was so weird because it was significantly bigger and heavier. Then it went back down in size the next 5 min.

Not sure if she was expecting me to ask her out to go. I didn't lol. I'm still confused by this whole situation with her ex.

Well I know it wasn't this 100% because we both find this lady annoying and she would not stop talking to us.

So she's not together anymore with her previous boyfriend but she said they're besties. He also still lives in the same house with her.

I was eating lunch at work with her and another coworker (female) interrupted us the whole time and the topic came up so I heard it first hand.

WHAT!? is how I feel right now.
