The source code for NiGHTS into Dreams was given to the team of the ill-fated Saturn title Sonic X-treme as a way of lightening their load. Yuji Naka (from Sonic Team fame) threatened to quit if the code wasn't returned; it was, and ended up costing the latter weeks worth of work.
