This is true, and people keep ignoring that forums and such that ban this stuff get less toxic overnight by default. I don't want GameFAQs turning into Twitter. There's a reason I come here and not there.

so realistically theres not going to be any reversion of this change because the decision was made three levels above the guy were communicating with and that person is entirely detached from what actually happens here

at the risk of accidentally saying something political, I feel I need to point out that we now live in a country with a conservative-leaning Supreme Court that very well could reverse rulings regarding gay marriage. Its still a political issue in this country whether or not any of us here would like for it to be.

I think its safe to say GameFAQs was better long before fandom, when it was still a somewhat relevant website in the greater scheme of the internet.

There's also a very minor role in episode 9 that just slayed me because he appears in every comedy ever and he's just great in this cameo of his.

when I read this my first guess was Jason Mantzoukas, but I checked Jasons IMDB page and its not him

then I thought of a second guy, and I was right. Thats a good guy, cant wait to see that guy.

This show also has Matt Berry who is absolutely perfect and inspired casting.

Kyle MacLachlan too was about as perfect a choice for his role as you could find

and Ive only just finished episode 2, but theres been some great minor roles from random funny guys I like (and a minor role from a guy I dont like, but he was playing a guy who sucks and they immediately killed him, so it was good)

whoever did the casting for this show has good taste

it feels so good to see an episode of television start with a Michael Emerson flashback again

also wow they sure made all the fallout stuff look exactly like fallout stuff. they even have a bunch of environmental storytelling skeletons

ok not being able to wipe your save entirely is pretty crazy (I guess it could create problems with the pawns being an online thing and other players being able to use your pawns, but still)

6 is the only non-English one I have any point of reference for really. I guess theres another one with Marth I havent played, but I barely remember the one with Marth that I did play, and then theres a third game that I probably dont know anything about.

i bought it a couple hours ago on Xbox, there was like a $10 more expensive version with a bunch of in-game items

but it seems kind of antithetical to the design of the game/what people are generally looking to get out of it. I do not want the rock of make things easier or whatever, I want the true experience.

This definitely seems like the moment it fully becomes a zombie site like Deadspin did. You have to assume anyone there now is heavily considering getting out.

yeah I thought Red Rocket League was one of the easier minigames, and quick enough to be fun for the duration

also mirror upgrades are going to affect every run, a lot of the other stuff is only going to affect a run when you equip is specifically, so you may want to focus on darkness at first?

but also darkness is very common, so maybe you dont need to focus too much on it if youre offered a choice between darkness and nectar or something.

Im pretty sure the gems are basically just for unlocking cosmetic alterations to the home base, so they should be your lowest priority

I dont know why, but I have a really strong mental association between Super Paper Mario and Dominos Pizza

like there was a day I had that pizza and played that game but theres nothing really notable about the game or the pizza, so I dunno why it stands out

I looked it up, and it wouldnt even have been around the time Dominos changed their recipe. It would have been totally mundane Dominos that Id had before.
