X-Death can one round Hein with dualcast Meteo. Desch's Mag/Spr break does good work though. Before he had that I sometimes couldn't kill in one round. So my Desch should be useful for that for you guys too if you have a decent mage.

I can set friend unit back to X-Death if people prefer, though without some form of break or mag buff he can't quite one round.

You know the answer is probably Metroid Prime as I think more about this.

It's actually better than SotC but man my hopes were super high for that game-- was a huge Super Metroid fan. Ocarina of Time kinda similar, but I wasn't as big a fan of Zelda as Metroid, although Ocarina might have been amplified by the fact that Nintendo had done no wrong on their mainline games before that point. Both are probably better answers than SotC which I had relatively less hype for coming in.

Well I thought of Devil May Cry 3

My style of play in that game isn't really speed runny as that would be far too efficient in a game about styling on dudes so probably almost immediately. I guess if I was trying to go fast, the first part of the game is straightforward enough that I could maybe get through the first level at something close enough that you could maybe think these feeds are both the speed runner and my screen was just him having a bad day, but I'm fairly out of practice so I kinda doubt even that.

In any case no chance in hell past that as the wraith boss in the second level would no doubt thoroughly expose me if I somehow got even that far.

Now all that being said, I guess I'd rather get an Imaginary Element than some of the crummier 5* essences. 1/5 of a bootleg Kaleidoscope is vaguely cool to get at least, but yeah a lot of easy fixes to make it better

One saving grace is there are a lot of appealing low rarity units in the game so getting screwed by the gacha isn't all that bad-- still hurts though.

Having Jeanne and Altera can actually make my team care about point limits despite having Kojirou and generally using 3* servants aside from those two (though I'd also use Atalanta more if she didn't try to take Medusa's materials)

My only real problem with the gacha in this game is that 4* and lower craft essences are kinda just straight outclassed by 5* and as such not exciting to get, and 3* Servants can be obtained from the friend summon, so basically if I do a 10 draw and don't get a 4*+ Servant or a 5* CE, I feel ripped off, and the odds of that occurring aren't very low at all.

If you made the guaranteed from a 10 draw a 5* craft or a 4* servant I would probably be okay with it. Alternatively make some of the 4* crafts actually desirable beyond a "I can use this until I get the 5* version" level.

Eh it's not really that easy.

It's actually a trap to look at mobile games in pure time invested. Like, every time you open the game it has overhead and distinct game openings should be minimized if you value your sanity. If you could store up more arena bouts than 5 it'd be less of a commitment since yeah just mash repeat for a few minutes and you're done. 5 minutes 4 times a day is way more disruptive than like 15 minutes once a day would be though.

That and in terms of effort to rewards, you need like 3x as many fights to break into top 30k so why bother. Just get that lapis.

I used to try for top 3000 for fun but yeah it's just not very fun with all the BS they let in, even if you build a team designed to endure that.

I kinda gave up on bothering with arena. I made a silly gimmicky Vanille team that could in theory finish in top 3000, but the grind is too much to bother and the team would often drag out fights to 5+ rounds. Easier to just do my 5 battles every day by stomping a low ranked guy with a team that spams 5 AOE attacks, hitting repeat till one of us loses, and getting the easy 40 daily lapis + an easy 30-90k finish as a result. Too much stupid crap like AOE Stops and AOE MP Drains that for some reason aren't considering worth banning when an attack that does Death to one guy at like 30% for whatever reason is.

Actually looking into her a bit I guess her special CE looks surprisingly unique compared to others I've seen and her NP actually does higher damage than the usual Buster AOE NPs (including Saber classic), so there's that.
