Those guys and Road Block were about it. Probably would say the jobber line is if Vincent was favored to win if you were booked against him. Did you know Vincent used a fujiwara armbar as his finisher? You probably only did if you watched WCW Saturday Night regularly but he would beat most of those guys I listed almost every time-- would take Disco Inferno over him 9-1 though. --- No problem! | Lopen 02/16/18 2:02:44 PM #308 | Yeah like I said I like Snake I just think if the presentation of the guy matched up a bit better with what you got on screen I'd like him a lot more-- and for the record I prefer the "what the hell?" guy for the story to Benedict Cumberbatch Snake going into all the details of how Vulcan Raven's slight favoring of his left arm causes him to have crummier aim when you dodge his turning arc at a 43 degree angle, so if you're adjusting one it'd be the presentation-- Snake is very good as he is. So again it's not really on Snake so much-- it's mostly just the world of MGS being very small and self contained where everyone knows everyone and Snake being too high on the fame totem pole there. I think that's a big part of the reason I liked Raiden in MGS2 so much more-- like yeah he's clearly very skilled and treated as though he's competent, but people aren't constantly going the LEGENDARY RAIDEN!?! And he actually never gets to that level, even by the time of Revengeance when he's very clearly a flippy murder ninja of some renown. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Actually mostly agree with the write-up too, with the progression of Raiden's character though I think Revengeance Raiden may have grown on me enough that I actually prefer him to MGS2 Raiden. I don't know most of your top 10 so not much to comment on. I've always kinda wanted to play SoA but I never got around to it and now I feel like if I went back to it it'd feel dated or something-- hoping for a remake or HD rerelease at some point. Xenoblade I probably will play at some point but my last Nintendo Console owned was the Gamecube sooo... Snake not so solid a #1 but good character at least. Unlike Phoenix Wright I kinda do understand why I don't like him more and it's not even his fault as much as how the characters around him treat him I think. The amount of hero worship the guy gets is just too much for me. Also for a guy with 180 IQ or whatever he doesn't really come off as very intelligent-- half his dialogue is "what the hell" for crissakes and most of his good ideas come from his codec crew rather than himself. I mean I still like the guy because he just has really likable dialogue and a good VA but yeah I think with a slightly different presentation I would like him a lot more. --- No problem! | Lopen 02/15/18 9:50:57 PM #38 | 401 If you have +100% Corpses and Skeletons it gives you 6x Corpses 10x Skeletons 1x Male 1x Berserker Which until you're well ahead in the other categories makes it the best way to get Corpses since Males, Berserkers, and Skeletons are relatively rare on stages that give you multiples of the other categories. And it's not that hard to kill pretty fast since well Berserker boss. This is a kinda interesting event to theorycraft with the door opening requirements and such. It might not be that simple as do room 401 more because it might be necessary to get other doors open quicker to maximize efficiency-- I don't know. Looking like I'm going to finish with 3x runs of Bryn and 10x runs of Jack. Will probably have the shop cleaned out without running any encounter+ CEs for them. --- No problem! | Lopen 02/15/18 9:24:24 PM #36 | So yeah looking like I'm going to be slightly bottlenecked by Evil. I'm at 97/100 quests. 22/25 Divine, 30/40 Evil. All in all I think it was a pretty efficient route I took just winging it because I haven't used too many apples (I don't think it was more than 5 golds so far) and it's looking like I'm going to be finished really soon (shop is mostly emptied out too), but after thinking about it, I think the misplay I made was I ran Mordred a bit too much for skeletons early. Needed to run Darius EVEN MORE so I could get more Evil/Divines out of the way early-- basically should've ran Camilla exclusively on the Mordred floor which would've given me more Evil kills. You WILL get bottlenecked somewhere though. Too many of the categories are mutually exclusive. There are no evil riders, there are no divine evils, etc etc. Getting bottlenecked on the stages that drop cats or ice cream obviously beats getting bottlenecked on stages that drop waters though, which is why I don't think Vlad is ideal for getting evil kills even so. It is a tough road map. The only thing I know for sure is running 101 at any point is a waste of time, and that 603 is kind of a trap that you should avoid pretty much entirely to run Darius's stage for full benefits of the Skeleton drops more. --- No problem! I am seeing the merit to running Vlad a bit more than I did as I'm slightly behind on Evil now (only 29/30) relative to the other stuff which I would've made up somewhat if I ran Vlad more. Granted I think I could've made it up in other places if I realized Evil had a 40 tier immediately. Overall I still think 401 is worth running though particularly when you need skeletons.
