Maybe this isn't the case in your situation, but does your company have the mindset of not hiring extra help because you're doing well enough? That's how it is for me, and it's becoming such a nightmare. One of our senior engineers just retired, so one of his projects is going to me. Yet another thing that upper management wants done at the same time as everything else.

Sorta. Things could be an absolute disaster on a given day, but our manager just look at the raw numbers of our daily volumes and say "it's about the same as normal, what's the problem?"

I feel like electrical infetterence happens a lot in LA.

I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didnt want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, Oh, like youre doing now? I was taken aback, and all I could say was Huh? but he kept cutting me off and going huh? huh? huh? and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like Sir, you need to pay for those first. At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually to prevent any electrical infetterence, and then turned around and winked at me. I dont even think thats a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

Soap being bad for cast iron pans is mostly a myth these days, unless you go overboard with soap. Most soaps don't contain the ingredient that strips away the seasoning anymore.

Certain games are way more enjoyable with another person, especially if the game is based on co-op. Randos can be abysmal in both an attitude and gameplay perspective. It's one reason why I will never do any competitive mode with random people, such as in Rocket League.

Lethal Company is definitely one of those games. It's hilarious spectating my friend after I die to see the realization dawn on him that I died lol

Me too. I'm already exhausted, and I think my entire schedule this week got switched in some way due to call outs or some such nonsense. Sometimes I wonder what my boss would do without me being able to make all these last second switches. >_>

Who knows when that will happen. Lethal Company has received some great reviews, so you could start playing that as your main game. You remind me that I have Don't Starve Together and have yet to try it out.

Yeah, Lethal Company has been our go to lately. He also got me into Don't Starve Together. I don't think I'd enjoy it as much without him, I think he's got like 1000+ hours in the franchise so he knows everything.

D2R is the only Blizzard game I'm playing, and even then, I'm burning out on the ARPG thing. Doesn't help that I've been delving into Last Epoch and am keeping Grim Dawn on standby until the new expansion releases.

My Overwatch 2 duo has started to convince me to put the game down for a bit in favor of other games we can play. Lethal Company, Don't Starve, No Man's Sky, Minecraft, etc. We kinda jump all over the place. We mostly wanna wait for Blizzard to start showing signs of life again.

It's very much a grindey game. It's also memed to heck and back.

Good to know, thank you. Today has been better than the other days. Still some tenderness at the extraction site, but I think I can start eating foods that aren't as soft.

This Amoxicillin has instructions to take thrice a day. Do they mean while you are awake or within a 24-hour period? Trying to understand the timing.

How are you doing now? I always tell people roughly around each of your three main meals of the day for amoxicillin, even if you're not gonna be exactly 8 hours apart.

Sorry this is gonna make me get on my soapbox briefly, but I hate how all the Overwatch influencers seemingly have so much sway with the direction of the game. So many of them love 5v5 even though I agree I enjoyed 6v6 more. So many of them think Ana desperately needed her recent buffs (why? she has some of the most powerful abilities in the game). These influencers aren't always right just because they have an audience.

Also they should just add another quickplay mode for 6v6 that way we can all be happy.

Bleeding is a huge worry. Seems like the clot has formed, but I need to be careful on it. How long did it take you to heal completely? Also, did you end up sleeping well that night? I slept horribly last night and ended up staying home from work this morning. Going to try to do a half-day of work here in a minute.

I can't remember for sure because my surgery was so long ago, but I don't remember it taking super long to heal. Maybe a couple days? I don't remember having trouble sleeping much that night either, so I think I was super lucky overall.

Again, the whole point Overwatch 2 was announced was FOR the PvE. And now people can't use the excuse that they are still planning on doing PvE, just scaled back. It's ALL gone.

The procedure went well. They had to break the tooth to remove it. Currently at home waiting for the pain medicine part of the prescription to be ready. Dull pain right now, still bleeding.

When I had my wisdom teeth removed, I had virtually no pain, but I was bleeding like crazy.

I thought I hit a brick wall with on current guide, but I found out by pure accident that one of the cut scenes in the game has three different versions. Getting any of the scenes will lock out the other.
