Your body will already have them because you consumed them with your food. You only need to supplement them, if you're doing intense exercise.

Unless you are doing strenuous exercise, you don't need to supplement your electrolytes. You can just get them from your food.

I love Stand By Me. That group of kid was only about 2 to 3 years older than me so this movie really always hit home with me. Not the dead body part but the going on adventures, hanging out, being at odds with older brothers and their friends. It definitely felt familiar although the era was a bit different.

For sure. Just exploring the woods behind my neighborhood was an adventure. Wish I could get that excitement and wonder back.

Is Umbro still cool in the soccer community? I remember those were the sports shorts to have, back when I was a kid.

I was a sophore or junior whe Pokmon got big. My only experience with Pokmon cards is when me and my friends stole a bunch from Walmart (didn't secure them at that time) along with Tiki oil. We then burned them in the parking lot.

American version has Naomi Watts and Brian Cox. Little dude wasn't bad either.
