Nope. LUE was cut off during the CJayC years so he wasn't being a dick about it. A lot of us floated over here or just got busy with life so now there's still new threads and posts being made, just not at the speed it use to. Like the days when we could 500 a topic about fart stories, soccer mom encounters, and bathroom mishaps

Seth MacFarlane should have a lot of sway with fox studio heads right, do the show the way he wants. That's probably how he could even launch another sci-fi show off the ground, knowing what Fox did to the other one *cough* firefly *cough*

He went to fox wanting to head a Star Trek show that eventually became discovery. They turned him down. He came back with a Star Trek-like show that had some humor to it and they agreed on the grounds he made it look like a parody. Plus with Discovery on the horizon they wanted to get ahead of it.
