But in my case, it's about the way they handle teenagers. I'm in charge of a service for them. I know they are not the easiest users, but kicking them out isn't the solution. When you do the right thing, they can be an incredible library community as proven by our service. So yeah, it happened that I had to vouch for them, not minding my business locally. --- On va les avoir. |
