I would say not as long as you get to choose, there being an easy mode option didn't make me feel less accomplished from beating Catherine for example on the hardest difficulty from the start/as the first playthrough, and the easier options will let people who just aren't good at those kinds of games actually be able to play/beat some games and enjoy them (and of course they can play again on the harder difficulty if they so choose after).

Having Supreme Court Justice be a guaranteed lifelong position was a mistake.

This, there's no reason why there aren't term limits. At the very least, the oldest serving justice should be rotated out to allow every president to be guaranteed one pick so we don't have another case like with Biden where Bitch McConnell basically stole his pick then rammed through 3 for Trump (who's looking to get another 2 decades younger Republican judges to replace the old ones now btw)

This, she only had like what 100 days or so to run a campaign? I don't recall any huge missteps she or Walz made in the short time she had to campaign, if anything Biden needed to step down a year or two ago so they had some actual time to campaign.

The lesson is that you have to be on attack mode 100% of the time, and that actual policy doesn't matter. I mean a rapist felon spent the whole time attack minorities, blacks, hispanics, women, LGBT, even some of his own fellow Republicans while never talking any actual policy or anything and the people decided that's okay and what they want
