I do not have any proof, nor any way of saying with certainty what would have happened had the dems not caved.

But at this point all the suffering was for nothing. And hundreds of thousands will die. And I just can't bring myself to accept that.

I think at a certain point the courts would step in regarding this, they already were, and that could actually potentially possibly make the Republicans face some of the consequences of their actions if they brazenly and repeatedly ignore court orders over and over again.

At this point it feels like people believe the dems should just always vote for the budget no matter how bad the bill is.

The most notable thing is the "entire Xbox console library" aspect of this. That's actually really interesting. As it currently stands, a vast majority of Xbox games aren't on the Play Anywhere program. And any game you own on disc doesn't have this feature. It'll be interesting to see how they marry the walled garden nature of Xbox to the openness of Windows.

I hope this becomes a general transition because I'd love to play my entire Xbox library on my PC.
