People that don't get unboxing videos clearly are brokies. And aren't doing enough research on the items there are purchasing online.

Personally I prefer comparison/benchmark videos when researching a product. For example, when I'm looking for a new CPU, I look for something like Ryzen 7 3700x vs Ryzen 5 5600x.
If it's something like a game or a movie, I just look up a review.
It's just a complete mystery to me why some people jizz all over unboxing vids, but then again a lot of things kids these days enjoy is a mystery to me.

I don't, actually. I can understand watching an LP for the sake of seeing how they're getting through a game that the viewer finds difficult, kinda like reading a walkthrough. Actually watching whole streams of that for fun seems kind of strange to me.

As for unboxing videos, that's just silly, pathetic and a waste of everyone's time, just like reaction videos.

Personally I think we should introduce the concept of subjective voting value, with the value of each vote being decided by a mandatory questionaire that tests one's objective political and societal awareness. The higher the score, the higher the value of the vote.

This way, democracy is less susceptible to fake news and foreign influence. Besides, it makes sense that the people who invest more time investigating how the system works, consider all the options and fact-check things have more of a say than those whose research is little more than clickbait articles and Youtube algorithms.

The script-writing of the prequels kinda sucked, but generally I liked it well enough. I enjoyed the visuals (seriously, I have no idea why everyone kept bashing CGI. Yeah, it's not the same as 'real', but that's not always a bad thing) and I liked that they tried some different stuff than the 'traditional' story lines like rebels vs empire.

As for the sequels, I liked TFA, no complaints about it. Understandable that they played it safe. Just a good, nice, fun SW movie that hits all the sweet spots. The big mistake about the sequel trilogy was that none of it was planned out in advance, which ended up biting them in the ass hard.
TLJ was first SW movie I sincerely thought was bad (not counting Holiday Special or other crap like that). The fact that TLJ seemed to lead nowhere and closed the story to any potentially interesting directions, and the fact that Rogue One and Solo were mediocre at best really put a dent in my faith in Disney-controlled SW. So much in fact that I haven't watched TROS to this day (I know what it is about, and that only makes me not want to see it even more).

That would probably lead to SpaceX basically becoming a government agency and taking little to no risk at all when it comes to technological innovation, which is one of the reasons SpaceX was founded in the first place.

Sounds familiar. Aside from being in a similar situation, I live in a country with a growing housing shortage and where people who can afford houses are free to buy up all they want and rent them out for ridiculous prices.

I'm good at saving enough to get by, but at this rate, I'm guessing the only way I can ever buy my own house is through my parents's inheritance, when they kick the bucket.

Probably Anti-materiel rifle. Runner-up would be .45 Auto SMG, which would've been my favourite if I hadn't grown into the habit of saving up ammo for that to kill tunnelers.
