It's just the samurai that can't be venti'd. I think people underestimated how many enemies couldn't be venti'd before Inazuma.

Really the only things you can Venti are Hilichurls, Samachurls, treasure hoarders, slimes, and Fatui Agents. You can technically get whopper flowers too but those assholes have a habit of teleporting away just as you fire it off.

The Fatui Mirror Maiden can't be Venti'd as well, which is interesting because her Cryo and Electro Cicin Mage counterparts can be

like if you log in daily you get stuff, you log in a full week you get slightly better stuff, you log in every day for the month you get great stuff.

It's pretty obscure unfortunately but they do have a daily check in bonus on the hoyolab site

3rd event is completely bugged for me. Regardless of what time I go to the spot it won't start the quest.

I had this happen as well, I had to go to the spot and change the time while standing right there to get it to work
