The Buttigieg campaign was called out on Friday over clips it shared from a CNN town hall for having fake applause added to the candidate's remarks.

In one of the clips, shared by Team Pete HQ from a town hall last year, former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg pointed to statistical indicators that the current generation will be the first to not be as financially well off as the previous generation.

"To me, that is not just a concern for our generation, it's a concern that calls on us to build an alliance among generations to try to make sure that the future really is better than the past," Buttigieg told an attendee, sparking audible applause with a graphic plugging Thursday night's televised event.

However, the Center for Popular Democracy Action, a group supporting fellow Democratic candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., resurfaced the original clip which did not feature any applause. Buttigieg further elaborated with his response, which later did receive some applause.

The group also compared a second clip that was shared by the Buttigieg campaign of an exchange between Buttigieg and CNN anchor Jake Tapper over the candidate's name.

"Not Boot-a-judge," Tapper asked for clarification.

"Either way, it gets you there," Buttigieg responded, sparking some laughter and audible applause.

But the original clip of the exchange shows the laughter and no applause, with Buttigieg adding, "Back home, they just call me Mayor Pete."

Critics slammed the Buttigieg campaign, some comparing the clips to Jeb Bush's "Please clap" moment during the 2016 election and calling the clips "as fake as his victory" in Iowa this week.

The Buttigieg campaign did not immediately respond to Fox News' request for comment.

If you're so boring that you can't even get people to clap, at least be honest about it like Jeb! Bush.

Yep. I was warned the other day just for posting publicly available (and extensively reported) information about the so-called whistleblower. The mod who deleted my post wrote that the whistleblower was "under their protection." When I contested, the moderation was upheld with no comment.

A man from Twinsburg, Ohio, was expecting to receive a letter in the mail.

Instead, when Dan Cain went to the Twinsburg Post Office to find 79 bins of mail, each containing roughly 700 copies of the same letter addressed to him, he knew something was very wrong.

"I was shocked. Are you kidding me? Who makes that kind of mistake?" Cain told CNN affiliate WOIO.

The letters were from the College Avenue Student Loan Company. The company had intended to send Cain and his wife a statement for a student loan they took out for their daughter's tuition.

Cain said the company apologized and told him there had been a glitch in the outgoing mail system, WOIO reported. CNN has reached out to the College Avenue Student Loan Company for comment.

A US Postal Service spokeswoman said the delivery of 55,000 letters was uncommon.

"The 55,000 letters that were delivered to the customer in Twinsburg, Ohio, is not something we see often, said spokeswoman Naddia Dhalai. "However, the Postal Service is committed to providing the best customer service so every piece of mail we receive will be delivered to our customers."

Compounding the mistake, the 55,000 letters had an incorrect payment amount, according to Cain. The company used the wrong interest rate to calculate the payment, he said.

The company apologized for that mistake as well and said Cain would receive a new, corrected statement, Cain said. This time, Cain hopes it will be a single letter.

"I just hope it doesn't happen again," he said. "I might have to return to sender."

Cain had to pick up the bins up from the back doors of the post office. It took him two trips to bring home the useless pile of letters, which he believes cost the company thousands of dollars to send, he said. If the company used a bulk rate discount of between 18 and 20 cents a letter, it would have cost up to $11,000 to mail the 55,000 statements.

And now, he's not entirely sure what to do with the letters, which are stacked in his garage.

"I just may start a fire, a bonfire, and burn it all," Cain said, laughing.

When asked for more details about da photo, da transportation agency said its "signals/sign shop manager knows da truth behind it."

"Dere is a story behind it," da agency said. "I'll see what I can find out, but hes very tight-lipped!"

The people who responded to this survey ought to stop buying the doom and gloom narrative being sold by the liberal media and take a look at the real world. Unemployment is at historic lows. Median household income is at historic highs (even after adjusting for inflation). Food is cheap. Consumer products are cheap. The so-called poor have technology that the richest people on earth couldn't get their hands on 20 years ago. In short, life is good. If it weren't, the media wouldn't need to go to such enormous lengths to convince people that they should be miserable. Since people's quality of life is so high nowadays, the narrative has shifted. It's now all about "inequality". It doesn't matter how good you have it, the elites tell us; some guy out there has more money than you, so you should be envious. Never mind the fact that someone else having more doesn't affect you at all.

You can't.

Seriously, new moderators are only chosen a few times a year, and the minimum requirements for applying are very steep. Even so, hundreds apply, but only a few are selected. If you seriously want to be a moderator, you'll need to be an active, TOS-following board user for well over a year to even be considered. Pestering the current moderators or administrators to become a moderator essentially guarantees that you won't be selected.
