In the lore, power armor was used to turn the tide of the war with China and effectively made normal infantry into walking tanks. All power armor is in Fallout 3/NV is a different set of numbers by your armor Stat. Fallout 4 makes it feel genuinely special and powerful in a way the other games didn't. That being said, having you used it within 5 minutes of getting out of the Vault was a bad decision that undermined a lot of the improvements they made. --- |

| CW_McGraw 02/10/18 9:46:17 PM #5 | I have friends with cubes that have the Power 9 in them. It's a cool experience. With Cube, don't be afraid to proxy. That's what Chinese counterfeits are best for: making a sweet, powered cube without having to turn tricks to pay for it. People like to do Pauper (all Commons) and Peasant (Commons and uncommon) if they're proxy averse. I have a friend who built a Commander Cube, which lets you draft EDH decks. It works well with a smaller group of people like 4 because we'll just play a single 4 player game with the decks. He had separate packs for Legendary Creatures and lands at the beginning and end so we could start out with an idea around the general or fall back into another one if the deck didn't come together. --- |

Fallout Wanderers Edition is a big gameplay overhaul that adds a bunch of common sense stuff like sprinting. A World of Pain adds high level dungeons that are all pretty well made and detailed. Ultimate Perk Pack adds a pile of new perks as the name would suggest. I like Gangs of the Wasteland as well. It adds some more specialized gangs of raiders at areas of the map. --- |

If the trait all the characters in the movie assign to Dooku is that he's a "political idealist," his politics and ideals need to be expounded upon. --- |

Controlling with just a keyboard on my laptop, it's a little unwieldy at high speeds, but I think it'd be a good approach to 3D Sonic on consoles in a way that isn't as linear and race oriented like most modern 3D Sonic games. It does a good job of building more open, explorable levels in the style of Genesis era Sonic, only translated into 3 dimensions. --- |
