When did it become a negative in this country to have some advantages that our parents worked hard to provide for? I thought that was what we were aiming for in the post-war, post-Depression eras in the U.S.?

This tax will actually likely lower the amount of soda brought as it's pretty cheap currently. The bigger issue is this doesn't change all the sugar in foods elsewhere. And sugar is the main issue.

100% agree. Things like white bread, chips, candy, pasta sauces/salad dressings are loaded with sugar are the culprit. And how things like fat, red meat, eggs (back in the 80's/90s) were demonized along with that idiotic food pyramid.

I would definitely start with altering the menu of available items for school lunches, particularly free lunch.

I agree, but also there's this unrealistic expectation when using the "curvy" category. Girls like Ashley Graham or Iskra Lawrence, while having some meat on their bones, also have perfectly thin, contoured faces.

How so? His filmography is huge titles (Hangover Trilogy, American Sniper, Guardians/Avengers, American Hustle) and has been critically acclaimed (Hustle, Sniper, Silver Linings Playbook).

He certainly isn't B-List.

He's known, but he's not at the level of a Cruise, Will Smith, or Bradley Cooper.

He could've been, but he was smart and took roles to actually expand his ability (Drive, Lars & The Real Girl, Half Nelson, Blue Valentine) rather than be the dude who takes his shirt off and smiles.

Not only will he be prosecuted, hopefully the victims come together and file a malpractice suit and drain his funds as well.

Down Rodeo is underrated.

They're mainly juveniles so they will eat the charges and do little to no time in Juvy and the 18 yr old will get some petty misdemeanor and walk. Cook County is not good at prosecuting offenses in these situations.
