Theres no reason not to use them on everything you can. They provide more security than most debit cards in terms of fraud protection and the majority provide at least some kind of benefit. The only reason not to use them would be if youre terrible with money management, but anyone with that foresight probably isnt terrible with money management.

Why should they get off the hook for the chain of consequences they caused? Absolutely any death resulting from their criminal actions would not have happened if they weren't absolute human shitstains. I'm all for the rehabilitation focus in prisons, but anyone who does something leading to the death of others probably isn't going to be rehabilitatable.

If it's a normal glass, there's no way other than to use a straw if your drink has ice in it. Unless you only want to drink half of the drink, most places put way too much ice in them.

Yes and no. There's no one set definition for it, so I don't get why people get so smarmy about it. There are undoubtedly people who have suffered overly harsh/unwarrented consequences due to this weird outrage culture that's been fostered, but it's not some all-encompassing evil sweeping across everyone who utters a bad word either.

It's more about the parents being good people and understanding the temperaments and needs of their children. By a certain age, children not being able to sit still for an hour is a sign you're doing something wrong and need to step back. Anyone who thinks all kids are just naturally like that clearly has issues being a proper parent.

Id say more people equate teen with adolescence than they do the actual number.

My assumption would be to gouge out the eyes. The things are probably tanks in all other areas, but I cannot imagine theyd prioritize attacking over that horrible pain.

It should probably be more of something like "no more than XX% of a county's residential property can be utilized for rental purposes."

Probably not the foremost evil in the world, but it would probably be best for it to culturally phase out.

That's way too hyperbolic. I'd bet money we're absolutely shit on a per capita basis compared to countries that have all their shit together, but the actual chance for anyone to be blatantly murdered or negligently murdered by cops is still next to nothing.

Resisting is always a bad thing, unless there is reason to believe you'll legitimately be killed going into their custody. If it reaches that point, then we've reached a level of no return.
