There's an obvious potential benefit, right? Watcher is one of the most powerful scanning roles, arguably as strong as cop. Taking it off the board might be worth the trade.

The reason why I mulled it over is explained yesterday. Ulti alley oop to Lea combined with Lea being alive today when scum clearly had two kills is enough for me. 80.61%. Absolute certainty.

Ulti did say he shouldn't be lynched because was an "Uncountered doctor" at one point. I do not like that. That looks like an attempt to bait a doctor to counter. That seems like a dangerous thing for a real town jailkeeper to be saying.

Yeah I noted that too, it just seemed like an odd thing to mention - Ulti knows everyone else is a lot more reticent to claim power.

That's not my point, dude. You're arguing that Ulti is trying to use the timesheet as a defense, but it's you and Sbell who dragged it into being relevant in the first place. If you think Ulti is trying to push the argument there, why are you engaging in it?

I don't believe Ulti is exonorated by showing a timesheet and I think him trying to derail the discussion into that so hard looks bad for him. He is moving the argument into an easily defensible position rather than focusing on game content where he is more soundly beaten.

As said before, there is another angle to take-- Scum Ulti would be more concerned with not failing his team in Mafia than town Ulti would so would be more likely to take his attention at work. The difference in behavior IS present regardless of whether he is at work or not, him being busy at work or not isn't completely relevant here.

Couldn't you make this same argument for any player, though? Why is Ulti specifically needing to be targeted for pockets of activity vs inactivity?

This is the post i had in mind.
Corrik got absolutely clobbered that game and ended it with a "gg guys :)" and completely peaced out. He didn't put in much effort that game (completely different from other town games he was in), and this is his first game since then, right?

So far his vibes here felt similar to that game, and as his latest game I'm weighting it more heavily than his games prior.

This isn't excusing him for future bad takes or posts. Just my current read at the current time. I'm not interested in defending corrik and if other players see something scummy (or don't see something towny) then they should obviously turn the heat up on him. I'm not the boss here.

The issue is that's its weird to highlight Corrik specifically. Surely there are more active players who you have more thoughts about.

Yeah see, this is the part I want to dispute. There's a clear difference here - Ulti before was bringing a lot of attention to his role, but this time it's been mostly about his flavor. That is unique for someone like Ulti who loves claiming he has an ultra-super-special role all the time.
