Now a lot of this is likely due to plenty of rewrites and changes made as Nickolodeon kept screwing over the show runners, giving them different amounts of episodes they could have for a season, telling them the series was over and then "Ooops, no wait, it's not", and also their attempts at trying to force them not to go for the same-sex relationship.

It's really baffling to me how much Nickelodeon tried to screw this show over from the start consider how well AtLA did and how much hype that carried into people wanting to watch Korra before we even knew much about it. It felt like it should been a situation of just give them the money and let them work their magic and yet it got screwed over hard production wise. I just don't get corporations somehow having all the tools they need to make money then just throwing it away for dumb reasons.

Exactly, she learned how to bend three elements at the age of 4 where as far as we know, Aang didn't even try another element until his quest started. But learning and mastering is different and Aang did master the four elements faster then all other benders. Or was it learn? Either way boht him and Korra picked up on them faster then all the previous avatars from what the series seem to set it up as..

It's pretty blatant that her inability to airbend is more a mental block than anything else and the scene she gets over it has her performing the very complex master airbender technique of uh....punching air at Amon.

Okay fair, I didn't point out I only meant the first three elements she learned as a kid and again, didn't watch pass two episodes because the show wasn't for me. But yeah, I agree with you on this. Even the episodes I did see made it clear Airbending was going to be the one she struggled on.

Even though I only watched like two episodes of Korra I can safely say neither her nor Aang are Mary Sue type characters. Korra may of learned the elements quickly (as someone pointed out, the showrunners didn't want to do a training arc) but she was disrespected by a lot of people despite how special her role is.

Aang was treated with respect and listened to despite his young age but struggled through learning the other elements. Most notability how he nearly picked up quickly on Fire Bending until he hurt Katara then was afraid of trying for most of the show. And of course he had moments where he made stupid selfish decisions because he was afraid to be alone again.

So yeah, no. I don't see either of them fitting as a Mary Sue.

Yeah it felt like it was trying way to hard to force the conflict and that forced accidental kill felt BS.

I enjoyed their work but yeah it was probably best they quit when they did else it turn full on dub. Though I love the Cell Arc for what it was and the jokes it made it did get too serious too often.

I dunno if I'll watch them commentating on their own work though especially the early parts. It's just gonna be them complaining bout the low brow humor which was what made the early ones stupid but funny.

I would make a joke about doing it for the Multiplayer.. but they aren't bringing back said multiplayer so what's the point? Just get the remaster or the original and you get the game both cheaper and get a fun pvp mode if you got good communication with your team.

Ah I use to love King's Field I and II (US) despite not only being bad at them both and never figuring out how to get anywhere. It just felt so advance at the time to walk around a big world and fight monsters in real time.

Still funny that if you move in the wrong direction at the beginning of Kings Field 1 you just immediately drown.

For real though, if you hadn't watched his skits yet you should. Lot of good stuff in them and it looks like he's back in the mood to making more skits again.

If I have to guess, they are trying to make sure 16 won't flop after all their terrible choices made 15 hot garbage. Will it work? Eh, who knows?

Square Enix been making lots of bad choices over the last several years (Going all in on NFTs and making Nomura lead three games at once) so I won't be surprised if they somehow ruin 16 anyway.

It's that audio drama shit they released with the X and X-2 HD remaster and they also made a novella about it. Tidus gets killed by a Blitzball bomb that blows off his head while going on vacation with Yuna after an intense sex session. She does some weird necrophiliac ritual to bring him back to life which also brings Sin back to life.
She breaks up with him later because she thinks Tidus is cheating on her, starts dating some new guy, and goes on a pilgrimage with him to create the final aeon to stop Sin.

This is written by Kitase and Nojima btw, same people writing the 7 Remake story.

I only heard of some of that before. But ugggh, it's like they wanted to make something that's way worse then FFX-2 was. Just.. why? Glad it didn't get made.

I won't lie, I'm bias on my hatred for TLJ because of how much Finn got done dirty. Also didn't help the entire Casino plotline amounted to nothing. There's still some scenes I did like though but there's also quite a bit I thought was dumb.

Course RotS isn't too much better and that ending was pure garbage in itself. But I see the entire trilogy was a big mistake caused by poor management so it doesn't matter too me which is objectively the worst movie or not.

As someone who enjoyed the game a lot, I agree. Too many fans yelling at let's players and streamers for not getting the 'best' ending or heavens forbid, play the game how the player playing wanted.

Remember how Sans won the GameFAQs greatest character of all time contest and made a lot of people salty? Good times. Good times.

And eh, I don't hear it brought up more outside of just referencing Sans but most people into Undertale are focused on Deltarune at the moment.

How can you forget Barry like that? He even goes to an island all by himself to try to find his missing daughter.
