I wouldn't say I'm miserable, but after playing Elden Ring for hours upon end, Dark Souls really didn't age well. It's nothing against the game, and at the time it was incredible. It just has so many quality of life changes since then that makes the games a lot more enjoyable. I still love both games on their own, but going back to it was a really rough jump.

I mean there's nothing wrong with thinking something didn't age well. My issue is people outright dismissing a game and saying it sucks and always did because it didn't age well
