Started Death Stranding like 4 times and kept giving up after a couple hours. Something about the game kept calling me back and one weekend I just said fuck it and committed to getting through the game. Well the opening few hours are by far the worst part of the game, where you have to walk everywhere and you have limited access to tools and weapons. Once you start connecting zones with roads and zip lines and you unlock vehicles and exoframes and shit the game really opens up and gets 1000% more interesting and fun. Ended up absolutely loving the game Thankfully the sequel has much better pacing and doesn't take so long to get things going. I ended up really enjoying the game but I suggested to my brother who struggled with it too to just watch a YouTube synopsis of the first game and play the second and he's been enjoying the second game so far --- What's better than roses on your piano?
