Still better than grinding for 5 hours to get Bulba to level 13 so you can do the easiest gym in the game that the factually best pokemon for going fast can do 5 levels earlier. See, I too can make ridiculous arguments.
And Mt. Moon wild pokemon are weaker than Brock's team and there's nothing actually difficult in there that Squirtle would struggle against.

Level 13 for Vine Whip is reasonable for the first gym.

Squirtle can handle that gym going it at lvl 8 and Bubble takes care of Onix faster than Leech Seed ever will. Bulbasaur's advantage in the first gym doesn't exist.

It doesn't, it takes too long to learn an actual stab move compared to Squirtle and the advantage against Misty is vastly overrated because it's not like Wartortle is gonna struggle.

Just want to say I've actually come around on Indala a good bit since release night, and think she's going to be a huge help for NM250 during GW both for batterying ougi teams and shutting down boss buffs.

She's going to be nearly mandatory for nm200 even if that gw is as bad as this one is.

Wouldn't call Noita a platformer but it would be one of the biggest with anything else that's infinite in size.

Can also just give it Slash which is spammable enough that you might want to pp up it. The only difficult fights it has are Withney and Red's Venusaur depending on what level you are.

Wicked Season is top tier if you can handle the big curse increase it gives for the duration that's active and Disco of Gold is amazing for coins.

Those cards are useful for later on in the game when you can get your character level really high (I don't think there's a level cap). Gaining 1% of that stat every level is a huge boost the more you level.

There are caps for certain stats but I'm not sure if the tarot cards ignore that or not tho it's more logical that they would be included in the cap.

Garlic can be useful for new players because each hit staggers enemies for a frame. If you can't kill everything on the Dairy map you can at least slow it down and give yourself time to maneuver.

It also does make enemies easier to knockback which can be useful with bible.

It generally falls off later in a run, when you get more weapons unlocked or just generally get better. Then early endgame it becomes one of the best items again but that's spoilers for later.

It might be me, but I thought Gungeon was a little harder than most roguelikes.

It is depending on which ones you've played before. It's much more of an actual bullet hell even with normal enemies and the bosses turn that up even more so you definitely need to learn patterns. That combined with room drops like keys being low when there's 2 chests per floor and one of those being a passive that might not help you or just being an underwhelming gun you never end up using does make it harder.

It's around 25% in BotW with 120 shrines total and 2 freebies and 30% with 150 shrines in TotK and atleast 10 of those are complete freebies.

I definitely agree with that and I do prefer TotK over BotW because the shrines in general are better but I'm talking about the actual no effort shrines that do bring it down including the ones that are just bring the rock to the shrine since they're generally not that impressive to do.

In TotK you have 30% of them being blessing shrines. Very fun to get a chest with a worthless reward when the only thing you did was swim like 10 feet.

Sounds like you don't remember how bad some of them were on release, Vajra had to get rebalanced before her uncap because of underwhelming she originally was. Makura doesn't see much use besides a few comps but that says more about how strong light is than anything else, Catura and Cidala both fell off long before their year was over, Indala is the same way but she'll have use for Hexa and Luci.

Not sure if I agree with a 6-0, but I get the sentiment.

Togekiss only needs 3 flinches out of 5 Air Slashes to sweep that entire team with 252 speed/spatt, Venu/Pika get ohko'd, Zard/Blastoise/Lapras get 2hko'd and Snorlax needs 3 hits. The best possible outcome for Red would be to only lose 2 pokemon to it if he gets lucky and then Porygon-Z runs through the rest.

At lvl 100 Lapras with Blizzard does not even guarantee a 4hko, which is fun when you're relying on an inaccurate move with 5pp, while Gastrodon does 4hko without Gastrodon having a good nature or SpDef EV's and by being generous to Red and giving his junk flawless stats, which he doesn't have. At ingame levels it would be different but you're running Cynthia's weakest team against Red's best and it's still unlikely for him to win.

Most evolutions just need the weapon maxed, not the passive but there are execptions.

Red being higher leveled means nothing when his team is trash. At their weakest Cynthia still wins because a lvl 81 Pikachu is worthless, it can't even deal with Spiritomb and it's gonna struggle against Milotic. Red at his strongest barely gains any levels while Cynthia her team jumps up 20 levels and then she just murders him.

Garchomp sweeps that entire team except maybe Venusaur.

Blastoise is the only thing that's actually gonna kill Chomp without sacrificing multiple things against it because of Blizzard.

It might be faster to lvl up on Audino in shaking grass in route 10, easier to fight and might give more exp than Excadrill depending on what lvl that is.

Flute Guy is a treasure, a different flute for every part and dual wielding a small one with the gigantic one at the end lol. Also a very deserved winner

Went back and got Tirtouga, but it doesn't want to breed with this random Tympole I found, even though their egg groups should overlap.

It can take quite a while to get an egg when it's same id and different species.

For people wondering who, he's been friends with Zentreya for nearly a year and Chibidoki is a regular.
It's still great to see Ray go from losing his soul in Rooster Teeth to solo streaming in around 2014 and then end up here where Zen asks him to play Mario Party.

Hopefully her being blunt about the reason is a wake up call for Cover.

You can use a seed checker or some mod like the one that gives item descriptions to figure out his crafting recipes some. But he's very much a slog even if you can be done with him in 2 or 3 runs depending on mega satan rng. He also was a bit better before they nerfed how his crafting works.

I can finish Touhou 6 with a few deaths so I'll just play on easy mode and won't even have to deal with stage 6 and take 995k but likely more.

It was fun fishing him out of his spot at the start of a quest and shit on him till he got back in the water.

You want global and consistent coverage, you need that many sattelites because there's so much strenght loss when a satellite moves out of optimal position and they send and recieve much more data than GPS.
