Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker
For me one example is Stellar Blade as I found the bad ending final boss to be more difficult than the good ending final boss.
That one King Arthur movie a few years back by Guy Ritchie
Based on my current usage,

PS
Nintendo
Mobile
PC

Never had an Xbox

Blew my mind when I found out that Bolo Yeung was only around 56. The movie made him look like The Hulk.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Arcade Game (NES Port)
Off the top of my head

God Rugal from Capcom vs SNK 2

Akuma from Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo

Solidus Snake on Extreme difficulty from MGS2

Isaac Frost from Fight Night Champion

Sort of, in my postgraduate program we were graded on a curve in each subject. Top 10% got an A, middle 60% got a B, bottom 30% got a C. 2/3 of your total credits have to be a B or higher to be pass the program. Just made sure I wasnt part of the bottom 30% in each class, which wasnt so hard, and when I got enough B credits I relaxed even more.
Alex Murphys death in Robocop was the first super violent scene I saw as a kid, and it stuck with me.
Squall (FFVIII)
Geralt (Witcher series)
Saeko (Yakuza 7 and 8)
2B (Nier Automata)

No logic, just some of my favorite characters.
Heimdall from GOW Ragnarok

My 2 favorite JRPGs had 6, so Ill go with that.
Nothing to lose!
The NES was my first console but I didnt really care all that much about getting a game on day 1 until MGS4.
Arise is my first Tales game and I enjoyed it. Made me curious about the other games, especially Berseria, but according to other players Berserias story is just a tragedy. Not a fan of pouring dozens of hours into a game and ending up feeling sad/tragic, so I skipped Berseria.
