I was renting a home in one a couple years ago. I wasn't personally part of the HOA I would still get copies of their newsletters regarding what would go down at their meetings. Granted it was mostly old retired people that were involved in it that probably had nothing better to do.

Watched it this weekend. It was awesome.

Ending spoilers....

When they showed everyone frozen or in cyrosleep assuming they are all people that have beaten a Predator. There is a part of me hoping we would see a quick glimpse of Wolverine in there, from their recent comic book series.
