If you're trying to stream 4k content while other people in your house are doing other things online, more is better.

If you liked the main game, then sure.
You get the Leviathan summon, and and their Eikon abilities. You also get a new region, new side quests, new boss fights, and enemies, (including Tonberries!).
Beating the DLC unlocks a Crysis Gate mode, (a 20-level combat gauntlet that gives you unique rewards).
