Dont laugh at any of their jokes ever again.
I love sport, but pretty much hate all films about sport.Im the exact opposite, I hate all real life sports but usually love sports movies (if theyre really good).
The liberties they take really annoy me. I know they have to do it to reach a wider audience, and that's fine. It's just not for me.
I watched interstellar for the first time last year and enjoyed it. I should watch the Martian. I also just ordered the book project Hail MaryOh yeah I love Interstellar, I saw it when it first came out in theaters and since then it had been my favorite space movie, until last year when I saw The Martian for the first time. Such a phenomenal film; has the perfect blend of drama, comedy, feel good moments, and does a more realistic approach on space travel than most SciFi movies/shows. Definitely recommend it.
Yep it the best choice to not watch trailer. The plot point mentioned near end of trailer was never mentioned to those who read the book or in its promotion. They went in blind to the book story 2nd or 3rd act.Im really glad I read this topic before seeing the trailer. I usually try to avoid most trailers nowadays, but sometimes Ill see a few for movies I dont know if Ill see or not. I hate how spoilery marketing is but I also get why they do it, to get more casual people to see it I guess.
It sucks I was spoiled but there so many movies being released I probably might not even watch this is why I risked it and watched trailer all the way through.
I mean ironically the author of the book also wrote the Martian apparentlyThe Martian is genuinely one of my favorite space movies of all time, one of Ridley Scotts best films. I like it more than Interstellar.
By the end, 12-15 shooters of 99 Black Cherry every day. For the evening, I mean, I'd need four or five more to get through the day until binge-time, assuming binge-time wasn't the day's sole plan. Which it usually was.Damn. And youd been doing that for a long time? Like are we talking years?
So about 750 mL of 49.5% alcohol.
Yeah, it did a total genre shift. If you're expecting a sequel to the first movie, it's technically that, but it's very different at the same time.Agreed with all this. What makes it even more disappointing is that the first movie was a great meta commentary on raising children with technology and how it affects their growth, screen time, parent interactions with kids vs just letting them on an iPad etc.
Additionally, the first one was at least a little interesting. This one is just a 'turn your brain off and laugh at the funny jokes' popcorn flick. They try to make some points about AI in the film but it's mostly just an action comedy (and the action's not great, and neither is the comedy).
Megan did some fucked up shit in the first movie. Its kinda weird she just is forgiven for that.I mean, they definitely address that in this movie. Its not something thats completely forgiven for no reason
Personally I think the absolute obsession that people have with box office numbers is kind of bizarre.I mean its important because its what dictates whether a future movie from that franchise or director is made
used to have topics on both CE and the movie board, but now it's usually just the movie board.Ah I see thanks, so thats why I dont see them anymore
Budokai 3's story mode was fantastic wtfFlying around was fun sure, but the structure of the story mode suffered from it for having it set up that way imo
especially flying around rocking out to the plagiarized soundtrack
My buddy's pops owned the theater, so I got free tickets.I think he might be more surprised that you specifically and willingly saw Ang Lees Hulk movie that many times
i saw the trailer and she's like.. dating 2 guys? Is it really good? Might give it a go. Not really into rom coms.Of all these, definitely at least try to watch Mission Impossible in theaters. Its my second favorite movie of the year, after Sinners
------
Man I got couple of movies to catch up on:
-Mission Impossible - was waiting for my brother for 3 weeks, but he can't seem to schedule with me
-How to Train Your Dragon
Gonna skip Lilo and Stitch and Karate Kid Legends and watch it when they stream or something.
Wanna see 28 Years Later and Elio too
There has: Tropical Freeze was in '14 which is 11 years.um what?
Is there a time skip?Yes, in the books theres a 12 year time skip. Which is pretty significant honestly, Im surprised theyre making this movie so soon. They shouldve waited to age up Chalamet so he looks older for the role.
That scene from John Wick comes to mindWhich scene was that? I just rewatched all 4 movies before seeing Ballerina but for some reason Im blanking out on this scene.
He's doing the tenth season of Backstrom!umm what?? Backstrom is a one season show that got canceled ten years ago. There is no second season, let alone a tenth.

dont be embarrassed, if anything strength bonk is ez mode. and even if what u did was ez mode u still earned that win, fuck tha hatersI feel like for this fight specifically, strength bonk is probably super hard. Since you are slower and rely on tanking hits, and she heals. But what do I know, Ive only played all these games with Dex builds mostly.
I'm still a long way from beating the game >__>Altus Baltus plateau is like around the half way point I think. Youre getting to the good stuff.
I barely even made it to atlus plateau, spent a lot of time wandering around calied, limgrave seeing if I could find anything I missed.
Well that and I like to pvp people at the coliseum.
I think I would run away from the first flurry or two, dodge forward second to last, and then dodge back or to the side at the end. I had it pretty consistent at one point assuming she didn't start it while I was mid animation in her face.Oh wow, I feel so stupid for not thinking of just to stop locking on and book it across the arena lol
Solo? genuflect
Nothing wrong with using game mechanics to beat bosses in the game. For me I do find that the mimic takes the fun out of her, but I also learned how to dodge WFD. It's a bit tight, but it can be done consistently and you feel like a boss for doing it.Agreed, wont knock on other people for using them, but I just cant use them myself. It feels so wrong, like Im not even the one playing the game.
What is your build?
This is actually crazy because Tom Cruise has some of the best action movies of all timeMission Impossible series is literally the best spy action series of all time. Better than any James Bond or Jason Bourne film etc. Doing yourself a huge disservice by not seeing them.
Lies and slanderlol literally multiple examples of Alakazam getting absolutely clocked but you just put your fingers and your ears and say lalala
Because they just seem like two hours of Tom Cruise doing stunts, and not much elseYoure really doing yourself a disservice by not seeing these movies if thats what you think theyre all about. Genuinely the best spy action movies of all time, including any James Bond or Bourne movies etc.
You never watched The Mummy?Ah that will be it then, yea for some reason I havent seen it yet, on my back log list of movies for sure though

There's no way they can stretch the show to 4 seasons WITHOUT expanding on the Santa Barbara stuff. And they easily can. An episode or two of Ellie and the PTSD aftermath along with Tommy and his condition, an episode of travel with who knows, maybe some flashbacks / probably Lev and Abby's portion of how they ended up where they were, and two episodes ending with the big fight between the two. That's 6 episodes right there.Good point, I can see that happening then. Theyve been pretty good on expanding on original game stuff so far.
On Mario 3D Land sometimes but I kept it off for the most partOh yeah I forgot, this is one of those games where it was almost required for certain puzzle box rooms.
