Silksong Topic 2 - It was the best of sequels, it was the worst of sequels

So where the hell is Nuu (enemy journal lady) in Act 2? I remember finding her somewhere , but it was just a little cameo appearance. I'm assuming she's somewhere in the Citadel and you can continue her quest of filling out the enemy journal? She implied as much after filling out the first 100 enemies.
