For blues I was thinking of heating water and on the wrong guess, guessed fritter instead of popper. I didn't know you could make popcorn with a kettle.
I was going for heating water as well, but when I couldn't see a fourth I saw popper and knew what the category was. Kettle corn. It's a thing and it's arguably better than traditional popcorn.
