On the quibbles front, the awkward delay with delivering story dialogue has always been bad since they changed to this approach but it's REALLY DAMN BAD in this patch. Like you have to stand still for 45+ seconds waiting for lines to trigger for a tutorial on a 2 second action if you don't want to miss any dialogue. Not sure what's causing this but I really hope they recognize it as an issue and are able to do something about it.
