By pure chance I saw that HBO was replaying Chernobyl (HBO is so weird about replaying its acclaimed series I swear) so I was finally able to catch the series after missing it back in 2019 when it debuted .

Nah, he definitely did, but he gave up that lifestyle after she left him, although he still has that reputation, hence the tabloid story about him and Judith.

shouldn't need to spoil that tbqh - that's just true facts.

Checked in on crunchyroll and saw they have some anime available again for some award season. Re:Zero was one of them but only part of Season 3 (I guess it was two cours and only the first? idk) but unfortunately the first episode was like movie length or something and not made free so it's like... "well that defeats the point lol"

so i just went "well be that way i'll watch the superior isekai" and watched Konosuba S3 instead which was also there. Mixed feelings on the season because it felt like it leaned more into serious than comedy for the most part... but I mean it's konosuba so there's always comedy but y'know.

Effectively it was. It was two sets of 8 episode and episode 1 was very long.
My bracket looked like random picks compared to his.

Daybreak Intermission chapter beated! Well, that was quite a lot to process at the end there, with Mare bodyjacking Yume, meeting the Ikaruga and another Garden dude, and finding out Creil got wiped off the map (presumably by a nuclear weapon?). Dingo was supposedly there, but he also managed to send Van a message, so we'll see where that goes. Gotta say, this game keeps getting wilder every chapter.

Main story of Reverie completed! Now for the post game Corridor.

I can't believe they did it but they somehow turned the biggest pos in Cold Steel into a hero. That was excellent.

And while they had cool moments for Lloyd, like him figuring it out, being the glue for everyone, being the most normal person to fend off McBurn, I still think Rean is the one that came out on top. Lloyd's route felt pretty straightforward, while Rean got all the twists and more hype scenes.

I thought Lloyd's route was fine but mostly whatever. Rean and C had excellent development in their stories though, yeah.

I'm still making my way through Daybreak. Very slowly. Basel is cool though
I didn't do guru this year but azuarc can be in my sig anyways.

Also I'm not sure what picking Rean's waifu at the start affected. There was just the scene at the end with Jusis telling "Rean" he should have brought her. But besides that?

During the final battle, the one you pick makes eye contact with you. I believe that's it. It's an absolutely garbage implementation and a real indictment of Falcom's decision to let you choose your romance and then give absolutely no scenes for it.

Lloyd route pretty clearly the worst in Reverie. Nothing very new or interesting there.

Andor Season 2 Episode 2 complete!

This show does a really good job of showing what an uphill climb it was for the Rebellion. I'm also kinda wishing I had gotten a refresher on Season 1 because there's so much I don't totally remember.
