Do you still listen to local radio regularly?

Board 8

91.7 WMSE in SE Wisconsin is a legitimately great radio station. They are a non-traditional college Station that has done their own thing for over 40 years.

Their music is played in three hour blocks of programming. Each show is a specific genre or type of music picked by the DJ for that block of time. The DJs have a consistent weekly schedule, so each Thursday 6-9am is punk and Ska music, each Sunday 9-12pm is old Big Band jazz and swing music, each Friday 9-12pm is old, old country, bluegrass and rockabilly, etc.... Other shows range from genres like new alternative to blues to reggae to hip hop to Latin to whatever.

You hear a lot of stuff you wouldn't hear on commercial radio or a Spotify playlist. They really are a unique radio station. If not for 91.7 WMSE, I would rarely listen to the radio anymore.
Yay - azuarc is the guru champion of awesomeness.
