5th place NPC: the guy who points and "whoas" at Tifa as she walks to the beach in Costa Del Sol.
(I say Tifa specifically and not "Tifa and Aerith" because the next scene is him trying to rizz up Tifa while she's walking by ignoring him totally, lol)
