Hmm, leaning between V and IX here. VI and IV are also pretty good.
IX > V > VI > IV > VIII > VII > I > III > II
I either actively dislike or am indifferent to everything from III except the Cacnea line, which is pretty good, but still only enough to beat out Gen II (I kinda like Bayleef and Sunflora).
