Calling 911 for a complete stranger is not how expected my Sunday to go

I'm guessing they fell down on the steps going up to my apartment (if they went into cardiac arrest like I assumed)

I had assumed it was one of the neighbors and didn't bother to check. It was after I noticed it was past when my tracker said the delivery would be and I checked that I saw their little blip on the map was right outside my apartment and not moving
