Scum would never agree to it. You can only force scum into that position by making sure they're in the final three with the person they partnered up with the night before.
Trying to get town to coordinate something like that will be damn near impossible. Just look at everybody who keeps pairing up with Ulti, Sultan, and Isquen despite everybody else telling them to stop.
Why would you agree to die if you are town then? You cost a mislynch. You cannot possibly know dumey is more town than you.
