Criteria is that it must be a useless object you don't really interact with, except maybe by looking at or touching it, and it belongs in a boring office to mildly spice things up.

Newton's Cradle. I like lava lamps but they dont belong in the kind of office I'm thinking of, but let's face it, if I ever have an office to call my own it's getting coated in Amiibo.

newton's cradles are the safe option for sure but i definitely think i'd rather have one of those magnetic bead sets or a mini hologram projector

i also have a quirky eye test poster that i feel kinda counts probably
